Responsibilities:

  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to timely and smooth progress of works
  • Coordinate, monitor progress and ensure compliance of all architectural trades on site
  • Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Assist in project handover, defects rectification and TOP preparation

  • Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholdersAny other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as management deem fit

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing in local construction industry involved in HDB/LTA projects
  • Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation

  • Candidates certified and registered in CONQUAS, and knowledge in Greenmark documentation will have an added advantageGood leadership and communication skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
