We are seeking a skilled and certified Network Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network engineering principles, supported by relevant certifications from leading industry providers. The candidate should possess expertise in Cisco, Grand stream, Panasonic, Avaya, FortiGate, Aruba, and ZKTeco technologies, with a focus on installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems. A valid UAE driving license is required, as this role may involve traveling to client sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications:
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher
• Grandstream Certification (GXP Series, UCM)
• Panasonic PBX Certification
• Avaya Certification (IP Office or similar)
• FortiGate Certification (Fortinet)
• Aruba Certified Network Technician (ACNT) or equivalent
• ZKTECO Access Control Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of IP networking (IPv4, routing protocols, VLANs, subnetting, etc.)
• Expertise in network security principles and firewalls.
• Experience with managing wireless networks and Wi-Fi access points.
• Good understanding of VOIP and communication systems.
• UAE Driving License is not mandatory.
• Ready to join immediately.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Familiarity with cloud networking technologies.
• Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points from vendors such as Cisco, FortiGate, Aruba, and others.
• Install and configure communication systems, including IP PBX, VOIP, and video conferencing, using technologies from vendors like Panasonic, Avaya, and Grandstream.
• Manage and optimize network security, ensuring the protection of data and infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Perform routine network monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the IT support and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure system uptime.
• Conduct regular network performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Provide on-site support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare documentation for network configurations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in networking technologies.
