That's us!   Your Future Role :  As the Business Development Manager (BDM) you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the O&G, WWW & Energy Transition Sectors. This position combines technical knowledge with strategic marketing skills to meet our customer expectations & providing optmised solutions for the various applications during the Pre-Feed & Feed Stages (Front-End Engineering Design ) on the project opportunities or developing an opportunity itself.     Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence of the Medium Voltage Drive Systems by active involvement & developing strategic insights during the Pre-Feed & Feed Stage with Consultants and End Customers.   Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Oil and gas, WWW & Energy Transition Sectors.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies & Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.  Prepare comprehensive proposals for FEED projects & Ensure proposals align with client requirements, budget, and timelines.  Oversee the transition from business development to project execution, ensuring a seamless handover to project teams.  Act as the primary point of contact during the Pre-Feed and FEED phases to ensure client satisfaction.  Will have an additional responsibility to be a Key Account Manager for a Strategic Customer Account Assigned & Represent the organization in discussions and negotiations.  Identify opportunities for partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborations that enhance service offerings.   Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.  Track and Analyze business development metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies & report on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.       Job Specifications:  You should already have at least 10-12 years significant experience in Business Development / Technical Sales Functions.   Bachelor/ master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with Masters in Business Administration will be an advantage.  Extensive and strong experience in Medium Voltage Drive Systems application know how in the O&G and Petrochemical , WWW and Energy intense customers in the Middle East.   Project proposals experience for Medium Voltage Drive Systems with End Customers, EPC, Consultant's and OEMs   Strong customer focus and Passion for Sales and the flare of having excellent communication skills and know how to use the various IT tools to enhance communication and to stand out.   Creative and Continuous mindset for learning new technologies.  Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel.  Be a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element. .      What we offer apart from Job Enrichment!!  Diverse and inclusive culture.  An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging.  Foundation to develop personally and professionally.  Extraordinary variety of learning & development opportunities  Culture of innovation  Culture of mutual respect      Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!  We value your outstanding identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
