Handle and manage all daily IT needs for Office with less than 50 Users

Desired Candidate Profile

What are we looking for in a suitable candidate? We are looking for someone who is available in UAE & Ready to Join Immediately for this role. You must be capable of PC Hardware, understanding on CPU components & O.S Software management. You should have very good practical experience with PC Assembly and activation & its troubleshooting. You should have good knowledge with PC troubleshooting, Outlook configurations & User based software installation and related. You should be good with handling IT admin of an office with at least 50 users with their daily IT needs (handling the IT inventory, timely based ordering the components, dealing with IT suppliers etc). Prior experience handling SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration is expected. You must be capable of managing endpoint security, including antivirus/endpoint protection and data backup strategies for cloud-stored data. You must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions for device management. You must be capable of implementing and managing security policies like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access in Microsoft 365. You must be personally interested with research, learn and experiment mentality when it comes to the IT job you are responsible for. You must be capable of providing the IT troubleshoot & fix via phone and through remote access. You must be a person with confidence to take leadership and take care of the given tasks until its completion. You should have experience documenting IT procedures, creating user guides, and maintaining an accurate hardware and software asset inventory. Experience dealing with IT vendors and suppliers for procurement, warranty claims, and service contracts is required. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi configuration, biometric systems, CCTV systems managing) is expected.
