We are looking for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join our Sutton Branch as an Assistant Sales Manager. This is a chance to join an award winning Estate Agency which offers recognition, rewards and recognises excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a senior negotiator looking to take the next step in their career or someone currently working in a similar role and some knowledge of the area would be beneficial.
You must be capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and the ability to drive the sales team. You will be confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic and target driven. You will need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example. As mentioned we may also consider a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and who perhaps is currently an experienced senior negotiator but attitude will be the most important consideration.

The skills we would expect our Assistant Managers to have are:

• Maximise revenues and grow the property register
• Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
• Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
• Be able to work effectively within a team
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence
