About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Range to join the Range team at Ensemble. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing – Range, this role will support coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across Range, Ensemble’s consumer travel and lifestyle brand. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing marketing initiatives across all marketing channels. This role is designed to evolve alongside the growth of the Range brand and the development of the marketing team —initially providing support across marketing activities while progressively taking on greater coordination and ownership of campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role will work closely with internal teams including editorial, design, digital, and partner relations to help ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across platforms. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and project workflows to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule. Work collaboratively with editorial, design, and digital teams to review and prepare partner submissions and marketing content for use across Range platforms. Assist with website content management, including uploading and updating content and supporting digital marketing initiatives across Range platforms. Help ensure consistency in Range brand messaging and presentation across marketing materials and audience touchpoints. Partner and coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across Range marketing channels including print, direct mail, website, and email. Support broader marketing initiatives and special projects as required. Qualifications College or university degree in marketing, communications or experience in a related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, media, publishing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a growing and evolving team environment.
