Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Work closely with research agencies to regularly track brand health as well as help unearth consumer insights relevant to drive category growth including all steps in new product development from concept development to commercialization. Work closely with sales & trade marketing teams to ensure successful on-line (eComm, qComm) and on-ground execution of brand plans – develop content ranging from A+, PDP etc. to performance-creatives. Performance tracking: regularly track SKUwise, Channel wise, Geography wise sales to drive brand growth. Lead in developing and implementing brand communication – from ideation stage – briefing and co-working with creative partners – to production of the consumer-facing assets to ensure required output basis brand objective. Lead in developing and implementing the Influencer strategy on brand.
