This role manages marketing across two key areas: Marketing Support (external, advisor-facing campaigns) Corporate Marketing (internal, B2B initiatives for DMI and RIA Fiduciary Solutions) This is not a design, content, or technical execution role. This is a project ownership and coordination role focused on intake, prioritization, and delivery. Your role is to keep marketing organized, moving, and delivered—without bottlenecks. Core Responsibilities Marketing Intake & Work Management Serve as the central intake point for all marketing requests (external and internal) Translate requests into clear scope, deliverables, and timelines Build and manage a centralized marketing queue using Teamwork Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary point of contact for marketing support clients Meet clients virtually for marketing overview, ideas, updates and relationship building.
