Role Overview Audyence is seeking a strategic and highly creative VP of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and demand generation efforts. This role will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer, and will drive innovative, data-informed marketing strategies across B2B audiences while leveraging modern AI-native tools and automation to scale and accelerate desired outcomes. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an operator who thrives thinking outside the box, building unique standout campaigns, and implementing modern AI-native systems that efficiently drive measurable pipeline growth. This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. You and the team you will build and develop will be expected to: Architect a data-driven GTM system powered by AI and automation Build a distinct, category-creating brand that breaks from conventional B2B norms Execute high-impact, cost-efficient demand generation and capture strategies Design and operationalize ABM motions, including premium event experiences as a core growth lever Recruit, develop and lead a high-performance marketing team Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate is comfortable, not just leading but executing, with experience in designing, implementing and operationalizing most of the areas outlined below.
