Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing and accomplishing all tasks related to the restaurant, bar and Room Service operations.
• Supervise and train all staff in order to create and ensure a productive and efficient team;
• Support service for all classifications associated with the restaurant, bar and Room Service;
• Ensure restaurant, bar and Room Service customer service;
• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and Room Service operations;
• Establish practices and procedures in order to train staff;
• Prepare monthly inventory of restaurant, bar and Room Service assets;
• These functions are associated to the Restaurant Supervisor but not limited to the above-mentioned list.

Position Requirements:

• Restaurant specialization required an asset;
• Bilingual: French and English
• Excellent communication ability on all levels;
• Working knowledge of computer softwares (POS, MS Office)
• Ability to deal with all levels of management and staff in a professional manner.
• Ability to work with deadlines and must be capable of multi-tasking.
• Available flexibility ( day, evening, weekends and holidays)
