Specifically, you will Customer Engagement: Model and coach, our selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same. Focus on high-performance, results, and a customer-first mindset. Sales Execution: Demonstrate a high degree of customer engagement and find ways to maximize sales while effectively assisting customers. Execute, communicate, and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items. Team Leadership: Cultivate a selling culture with associates by learning, adopting, and teaching new trends, products, and services. Partner with store leaders to set and execute sales goals and targets. Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence and store brand standards for all areas of the store. Supervise aspects of health & safety, loss prevention, and policies and procedures. Training and Development: Dedicate time for self-development and enable others to do the same. Conduct training of associates within the store and inspire continuous learning and development. Administrative Duties: As a keyholder, ensure the safe opening and closing of the store, handle daily and weekly tasks associated with timekeeping and payroll, and maintain compliance with health & safety and asset protection standards.
