We are seeking the talents of Sales Assistants (M/F) - 38H a week - to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey, our Berlin pop-up store. The position is based in Berlin, Germany. We are looking for temporary contracts from asap to July.
Your missions will be the following :

DELIVERING A UNIQUE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Place the customer at the heart of the “Appartement " experience
• Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
• Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience
• Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience
• Accompany customers to discover the Sézane universe and products
• Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online)
• Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
• Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique
• Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
• Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers

REQUIREMENTS

You speak professional English and German.
You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, in the hotel industry, in catering, in sales, in animation… or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations?
You have a sense of service, an excellent presentation and a strong fashion sense.
You have a team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.
