Who will you be working with?
As a B&C Marketing Leader (Brakes & Couplers), you will be working with a diverse group of internal and external collaborators to drive strategic marketing outcomes.

What will your typical day look like?

• Prepare and deploy product marketing plan including actions, owners, due dates and metrics
• Align on demands and control PL marketing budget
• Collect and Transfer Market intelligence to drive commercial strategy and product development
• Perform Overall and Ad-Hoc market analysis, quantification and trends (including support to Product Lines for Strategic Plan - STRAP)
• Coordinate actively with Sales the use of data from CRM in quality and effectiveness (market opps, tenders, fleets)
• Define and implement Product Go-To-Market strategy
• Steer the Innovation-to-Market process jointly with R&D/ Innovation and Product Management
• Monitor Wabtec positioning vs. competitors (market shares, key wins, market prices, innovations, consolidations, new technology …) and advise on how to improve
• Coordinate with Product Managers regular product internal training sessions/reviews
• Coordinate with Sales how to strengthen Sales Value Proposition by leveraging product positioning, customer success stories, competitive differentiators, and market insights
• Support Countries and Key Account Managers in collecting Customers feedback
• Organizing Customer innovation/technology days
• Actively generate and keep updated marketing content in the shape of brochures, presentations, white papers, articles
• Builds and Implements the PL product communication with Corporate/Transit Communications
• Deliver event attendance activities with PL and Corporate/Transit Communications

What do we want to know about you?

• At least 15+ years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within international and industrial companies preferably in transportation and ideally in Railway Industry.
• Engineering education, MBA as a plus
• Strong marketing credentials in a business-to-business environment
• Customer oriented and able to work within a matrix environment with variety of interlocutors in different cultural environments
• Strong written and oral communication skills, able to adapt your message to various audiences
• Fluent in English, speaking additional languages being a plus
• Knowledge in PowerBI, Salesforce CRM, this is a good advantage
