JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager with proven UAE experience in the signage, digital display, branding, and outdoor advertising industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing strategic client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets across the UAE market.

This role requires a strong B2B sales professional with experience managing the complete sales lifecycle, from business development and commercial proposal preparation to contract negotiation and project handover. You will work closely with consultants, architects, developers, contractors, retailers, corporate organizations, and government entities to deliver innovative visual communication solutions while contributing to the company's continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and relationship development.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Establish strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, project managers, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers.
• Identify upcoming projects requiring signage, branding, digital display, and wayfinding solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, tender submissions, and negotiate contracts.

• Identify new prospects and generate leads
• Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business
• Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing plus delivery timelines along with vertical heads
• Negotiating with the clients and closing the leads
• Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities
• Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly sales activity and performance reports
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements/facts/objectives, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
• Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings

Knowledge, skills & abilities required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Media / Programmatic)
• Proven professional and clear communication skills with multiple agencies, familiar with the local and Middle East Region, proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point.
