Step into the role of an Assistant Sales Manager – Catering & MICE, where you will drive sales with sharp commercial insights and excellent negotiations ability. In this role, you will provide comprehensive account management for a portfolio of assigned clients, while proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Through strategic relationship management and targeted sales initiatives, you will grow market share within existing accounts and contribute to the overall achievement of the hotel’s commercial objectives. A little taste of your day-to-day: The duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Identify and develop new business opportunities and proactively promote the hotel’s corporate catering offerings to MICE planners, travel agents, and event organizers, driving brand visibility and market presence.  * Maximize revenue across Rooms and Food & Beverage segments, including events, group dining, and corporate functions.  * Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, sales blitz, and networking engagements across Abu Dhabi and Dubai to strengthen market reach; and actively prospect and qualify leads to maximize revenue potential. * Work closely with the DOSM and team to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies; and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. * Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized service to high-profile clients, ensuring an exceptional guest experience; and manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships. * Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close business in alignment with hotel objectives.    What we need from you   The ideal candidate must meet the legal requirements to work in the UAE.
