Description

Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including onboarding, contract changes, position updates and terminations.
Prepare employment contracts, letters of offer, variation letters and separation documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, working with relevant teams to arrange system access, equipment and other administrative requirements.
Support the HR team inbox by triaging requests, responding to queries and escalating employee relations, conduct, performance or employment risk matters
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, complete routine data quality checks and follow privacy, record-keeping and document retention requirements
Provide administration support for HR projects and Talent Acquisition activities, particularly during peak hiring periods
