We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills who will be given the opportunity to work alongside our broker network and settlement officers.
As a Client Services Officer, you will assist our existing clients with the ongoing requests and needs relating to their home loans and banking products throughout their loan terms. Your role will also entail liaising with internal and external departments to resolve any customer queries, as well as processing and completing various operational and administrative duties.
