G4S is seeking a highly motivated and strategically focused Senior Manager to oversee a high-profile client relationship and manage multisite justice operations across the Northern Territory, primarily in Darwin CBD and Palmerston. Reporting to Ali, General Manager for Justice & Enforcement for G4S Australia & New Zealand, you’ll lead a dedicated team of frontline professionals within a dynamic and complex operational environment, supported by a local Operations Manager. The position is primarily based in Darwin with regular travel to sites in the Darwin area. With full P&L responsibility, the Manager - Justice Services NT will drive the commercial performance of the contract and collaborate closely with central services teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, L&D, IT, Financial, and Commercial.
