CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced and qualified individual to take on a case management role within the Hume Merri-bek team. The suitable candidate will have knowledge and/or experience working with young people experiencing mental illness, neurodiversity, disability; and those who may be part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Case Managers are responsible for providing individually tailored outreach support to disengaged learners within the context of their families, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across a range of sectors.
The Navigator Hume Merri-bek team is based in Brunswick.
A full-time position is available with an attractive salary in the range of $88,090 - $94,789 pro rata, plus salary packaging benefits, together with ongoing professional and career development.
