Your Contribution We are seeking a qualified Allied Health professional who: Is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or is eligible for membership with the relevant professional association for self-regulated Allied Health professions. Has completed, or is working towards, a relevant postgraduate qualification in health administration or a related discipline. Has extensive clinical and workforce leadership experience within the public healthcare system, with demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, capability development and program evaluation. You will also demonstrate: A detailed understanding of Allied Health professional and clinical governance within a large healthcare organisation. Strong knowledge of the Victorian Health Workforce Strategy and other relevant workforce capability, wellbeing and workload management frameworks.
