$100K - $130K | FULL TIME

As our Fabrication Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our workshop operations—making sure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to spec. Based at our Salisbury site, you’ll draw on your coordination and technical expertise to manage workflows, oversee fabrication processes, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
This isn’t your typical desk job. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the thick of production—mentoring supervisors, supporting trades, and tackling challenges head-on. You’ll also have opportunities to travel interstate to our other facilities, giving you valuable exposure across the wider business. • Proven experience in fabrication coordination, project management, or workshop leadership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of skilled tradespeople
• A laser focus on quality and detail—you know how to deliver the goods every time
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure
• Experience coordinating transport, working closely with both transport contractors and customers
• A proactive approach to solving problems as they arise
• Willingness to travel interstate as require
