Job Summary: This role serves as the executive business consultant lead for the San Rafael and Petaluma Service Area, partnering directly with Lead Physician ( Physician In Chief) and Chief Administrative Officer to drive strategy, execution, and performance improvement. The position leads a team of five consultants responsible for advancing strategic initiatives, operational optimization, and cross-functional programs. It translates business priorities into clear, actionable plans, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and drives measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing complex initiatives; crafting and driving an effective executive communication strategy; developing both executive leaders and team members; leading change management; monitoring performance metrics; identifying and mitigating risks; and ensuring work is executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational goals.
