Key Responsibilities: * Develop maps, dashboards, and geospatial products supporting the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). * Design, develop, and maintain ArcGIS-based applications (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, StoryMaps, etc.). * Customize applications using the Esri Developer Suite (App Studio, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder, ArcPy, SDKs). * Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and data management to support operational needs. * Collect, validate, and synthesize data related to emergency and disaster response. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote data sharing and reduce duplication of effort. * Identify data gaps and develop solutions to meet evolving mission requirements. * Maintain, test, and troubleshoot existing GIS applications and tools. * Deliver training and presentations on GIS tools such as ArcGIS Online and Dashboards. * Support distributed teams through effective communication and coordination. * Participate in meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
