Key Responsibilities: Develop, validate, and maintain Gas Turbine performance models, with a focus on steady state and transient behaviour. Apply thermodynamic principles such as the Brayton cycle to performance studies. Conduct simulations and cycle analysis for SCO3 applications. Work with modelling environments such as NPSS or equivalent (GasTurb, PROOSIS, RR toolsets). Post-process data and create automation tools using Python. Use object-oriented programming (C++ preferred) to enhance and customise modelling workflows. Present and communicate complex technical results to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Experience, skills and qualifications required: Strong experience in Gas Turbine performance engineering, including steady state and transient analysis.
