Job Description Team Description Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. Specific Responsibilities include: Support the preparation of client project proposals, providing input to objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients for future engagements. Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities. Perform client-specific analysis on portfolio data including proprietary information, such as customer demographics, activity, spend levels, behavioral scores, financial information, among others. Collaborate with data science team to leverage advanced data analytics capabilities Collaborate with the hub team, broader global team, or other functional teams to obtain specific subject matter expertise as needed Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement, leveraging relevant VCA methodologies, frameworks, and global best practices Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly Support implementation of VCA recommendations or client initiatives, using project management and problem-solving frameworks This is a hybrid position.
