Our team is looking for a creative and resourceful team player who is knowledgeable about relevant media with the desire to grow their network of media relationships. The ideal candidate brings excellent writing skills, proactively anticipates client and team needs, and demonstrates professionalism in both office and external-facing environments. What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support on client accounts, including scheduling conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed Monitor press clippings for clients, track media impressions, and creating/maintaining coverage reports and grids Collaborate with the team in selecting promotional clip suggestions and brainstorming pitch angles Handle incoming press requests and pitching to media outlets, as well as updating media lists Review and edit press materials, including press releases and alerts, as well as ensuring press kits are current Help develop proposals for new business opportunities.
