Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with statistical analysis, data modelling, and other special projects
• Interpret and analyze data from multiple industry research databases, transforming findings into actionable insights and visualizations
• Assist with governing user access to the dashboard by managing permissions, maintaining user lists, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols
• Support the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or any other related disciplines
• Strong interest in Real estate fund management and investment management domain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
