Associate degree or some college preferred Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company Must have strong PC skills, especially the MS Office suite Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Accurately and efficiently process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for all resupply needs including oxygen, ventilator, tracheostomy and enteral nutrition Verify insurance and update patient files - which include demographics, insurance, and benefit information Manage patient prescriptions, requesting prior authorization, if necessary to fill the order Responsible for communicating with patients and providers via telephone, email, and web portals Develop working knowledge of Brightree, Document EMR Management, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, McKesson, Cardinal.
