Manage service delivery for assigned systems, including ticket triage, incident resolution, service performance monitoring, and adherence to agreed service levels. Support the implementation of new systems and enhancements, including requirements definition, testing, change activities, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. Oversee change, release, version control, patching, and upgrade activities to ensure system stability, security, and minimal business disruption. Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge bases, training materials, and operational procedures to support consistent service delivery and user adoption. Monitor, report on, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, service quality, and operational efficiency across supported platforms. What You Bring To The Team Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience in infrastructure, systems support, and service delivery within a multi-site environment. Proven experience supporting core enterprise platforms including networking, cloud services (M365, Azure, AWS, SaaS), identity (Okta), telephony (8x8), ITSM tools (Zoho Desk, Halo ITSM) and enterprise business systems (ERP - Pronto, CRM, HRIS - SuccessFactors). Manage service delivery — ticket triage, incident resolution, performance monitoring and SLA adherence Strong background in ICT operations or systems support roles, with responsibility for BAU service delivery, end-user support, and infrastructure/platform maintenance in mid-sized organisations (500+ seats). Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, patching, version control, and change/release processes across complex technology environments. Demonstrated capability in creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base content, operational procedures, and end-user support materials. Strong stakeholder, vendor, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships, resolve issues effectively, and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads across BAU support, operational improvements, and project-based activities in a fast-paced environment.
