We are seeking an individual to join our team and specialize in the design, build, integration, and management of Copilot Connectors and Gen AI Agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. Serve as an escalation point for complex Connector and Agent integration issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution. Work with Power Platform, low-code, and pro-code development teams to onboard solutions into Microsoft 365. Apply AI governance frameworks and tools such as Agent 365 for risk monitoring. Develop playbooks and guidelines for consistent adoption and compliance. Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
