We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable, and secure future for all stakeholders.  Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.    What you will do:   Maintain compliance with Corporate Structural Integrity Guidance Documents Ability to perform analysis and design as per Canadian and American Codes & Standards Ensure new structural designs and installations meet codes & standards, Nutrien Specifications, applicable laws and regulations Responsible for maintenance of the Asset Integrity Management system documentation and Asset database Plan, Schedule or conduct asset inspections, review and report findings Design engineered repairs in a brownfield environment Provide field support to Maintenance, Operations and Capital Projects Provide oversight and support Capital Projects as Nutrien stakeholder and civil/structural SPOC Write technical scope of works and create work packages   What you will bring:   Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation 7+ years of experience in engineering, preferably at a potash site or in an industrial setting Strong safety commitment and safety leadership Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment Experience with Microsoft Office software, Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design software’s such as Staad Pro or SAP2000 (or similar software) is required Experience with 3D Modeling and Design Software’s is considered an asset   Ready to make an impact with us?
