SharePoint Engineer (6-months)

THE ROLE

You will play a critical role in the Company’s global SharePoint Site, to ensure its content and access framework is in a manner contemporary with current and future Microsoft SharePoint/M365 technologies.
The role is responsible for our ability to successfully create, maintain and operate a secure, trustworthy, structured information platform, containing contemporary business-approved content maximising SharePoint’s capabilities and compliance obligations. You will also help to guide and empower staff to achieve the most from their SharePoint experience.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to shaping the strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint site and usage solutions.
• Develop business functional, technical design and specification documentation based on business requirements.
• Support SharePoint site development and implementation efforts, providing technical design, system prototyping, and component development.
• Identity and recommend web-oriented SharePoint site opportunities, developing coding constructs, frameworks, interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment.
• Provide technical governance and security over the SharePoint environments.
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver the business’s SharePoint vision.
