Your team and your responsibilities Team description You will be the part of the development team responsible to deliver MyToyota/LL+ app for Toyota/Lexus customers across Europe Your responsibilities Design, development, and deployment of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Architect and implement microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and provide technical solutions. Implement advanced event-driven systems and messaging architectures. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. Your Profile You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) Min 1 years of experience in backend development up to 3 years Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python. Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. Experience with one of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies. Basic knowledge in version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices. Familiarity with data storage and caching strategies (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.).
