Your Contribution:

• Maintain a passion for product management, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep our platform competitive.
• Shape and fit the product strategy into your segment strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, current trends, and strategic goals, creating an effective and focused product roadmap that ensures long-term success.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including development, marketing, and sales - to refine and launch new features.
• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, conduct regular product reviews, and develop adaptable pricing strategies to increase market share while enhancing profitability. Your engagement is crucial for strengthening our product’s market position in the clinical sector and achieving outstanding results.

What You Bring:

• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a keen interest in product management even if you have limited direct experience.
• A passion for the product management discipline and continuous learning, ensuring you stay engaged and innovative.
• A completed degree, preferably from a prestigious university, in fields such as business informatics, health management, business administration, marketing or a related discipline, which underscores your academic excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technical and market insights into strategic initiatives, with or without extensive product management history.
• Ability to recognize the needs of the business segment and translate them into successful product strategies, paired with strong communication skills. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Fluency in German is also a nice to have.
