Samen met 4 andere Managers Professional Services en de Director of Consultancy Benelux streef je er naar om onze consultancy-diensten naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Team management In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten & groei van 8 consultants in de sector Profit. Je helpt consultants in hun groei, het behalen van hun (Commerciële) doelstellingen en draagt bij aan een teamcultuur die passend is bij onze bedrijfscultuur. Dat betekent voor ons: veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, klantgericht, leergierig en productief. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en de (financiële) eindbeoordeling van de consultants in de business unit. Kwaliteitswaarborging Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van consultancyprojecten binnen jouw business unit en biedt ondersteuning wanneer een consultant ergens tegenaan loopt. Voor nieuwe klanten help je mee aan projectplannen en tendervoorstellen (RFP/RFI). Daarnaast breng je strategisch en data gedreven inzicht in onze consultancyprocessen en werk je samen met andere Managers Professional Services en de Director of Consultancy Benelux aan een nóg productievere, klantgerichtere en toekomstbestendige consultancyafdeling. Uitleverdoelstellingen en commercie Onze TOPdesk consultants zijn veel bij onze klant, hierbij spotten ze ook kansen voor de verdere inzet van ons product. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële doelen en uitleverdoelstellingen van de consultants in jouw business unit. Je draagt hierdoor actief bij aan de strategische en omzetdoelen van TOPdesk Waar kom je terecht? Het consultancyteam Profit bestaat uit acht consultants, een gevarieerde groep van junior, medior en senior consultants. Dit gedreven team heeft als doel om klanten te helpen het maximale uit TOPdesk te halen. Samen met de salescollega’s vormt het consultancyteam een groep van ongeveer twintig mensen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de Sales Managers van team Profit. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact en samenwerking met de Managers Professional Services van de andere business units. Je werkt minimaal twee dagen per week vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Delft; de overige dagen heb je de vrijheid om thuis of op kantoor te werken.
