Staffing Generalist (Exempt) Report to: Staffing Manager Hours: 1st shift Position Summary The Staffing Generalist plays a key role in supporting both hourly and exempt-level recruiting efforts while partnering closely with the Staffing Manager and HR leadership team. This position is responsible for leading the recruiting processes, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This is a non-entry level role requiring prior HR and recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In addition to supporting hourly staffing needs, this position will also serve as a backup resource for exempt-level recruiting and hiring processes and will assist in filling professional and leadership roles as needed. The Staffing Generalist will also provide direct support to the Staffing Manager on special projects, recruiting initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
