Description Public Service Credit Union (PSCU) is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Services Specialist to support our Commercial Services team and help power the success of our business members. This role focuses on accurate processing, compliance support, and exceptional internal and member service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process and maintain commercial loan documentation and collateral records. Support loan monitoring, UCC filings, insurance, titles, and exception tracking. Conduct credit and financial reviews for existing commercial loans. Maintain accurate loan and account data in core systems. Assist with commercial account openings and loan booking. Support business members with deposits, loans, treasury management, and card services. Promote and service treasury management products. Respond to internal inquiries from branches and commercial staff. Participate in networking and events to support business development. Assist with commercial product enhancements, staff training, and procedures. Prepare lending and servicing reports and maintain audit-ready files. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience 1+ years of experience in a financial institution, lending support, or clerical/administrative role preferred. Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Other Requirements Understanding of commercial accounts and lending principles.
