JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
