Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including instructional videos, microlearning modules, and digital training assets. Use AI‑powered tools (e.g., generative video platforms, AI voiceover tools, script generators, image/animation tools) to accelerate content creation. Write clear, concise instructional scripts and storyboards optimized for video‑based learning. Transform complex subject matter into easy‑to-understand, visually compelling learning content. Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and UX best practices. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment. Conduct quality reviews to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency. 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field. Demonstrated experience creating instructional videos (animated, talking‑head, screen‑recorded, or AI‑generated).
