- Solid experience with ERP systems, ideally Comarch, SAP Business One, or similar

- Practical knowledge of EDI processes and business process harmonization

- Experience supporting international rollouts, ideally in manufacturing or automotive

- Structured, analytical way of working with a hands-on mindset

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with key users across sites

- Occasional willingness to travel

- Fluent English and Polish required
