JOB DESCRIPTION * Maintain in-depth knowledge of agency's strategic IT and business plans. Document, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of agency's existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio. Develop, document, communicate and enforce a technology standards policy.         General Duties: * Actively engage with end users, clients or leadership to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development. * Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, work flow diagrams and data models. * Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance to complement QA. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement. * Attend departmental, team and project meetings. * Review new and existing IT projects, system designs and procurement/outsourcing plans for compliance with IT standards and architectural plans. * Review change management requests from projects/work efforts and provide best practice solutions. * Keeping up on all required training for the position.
