Infotrust is growing our Professional Services capability and we are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Solutions Specialist to join the team.


This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure and cloud challenges, working directly with customers, and owning projects from discovery and design through to implementation and handover.


Working across a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects, you will help clients modernise environments, improve operational maturity, and implement scalable, supportable solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects end-to-end

• Leading technical discovery and solution design activities

• Supporting pre-sales engagements, scoping and solution feasibility

• Delivering migrations and modern workplace implementations

• Producing high-quality documentation, handovers and operational runbooks

• Working closely with engineering, delivery and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
