We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in loading and unloading materials efficiently.
• Ability to operate order pickers for efficient picking of products.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
• Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
• Understanding of warehouse distribution practices to optimize workflow.
• Experience using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.

Work Location: In perso

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Operate forklifts/scissor lift and other material handling equipment to load and unload products safely.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (SOS) to track inventory counts
• Ensure all packages are properly labeled and prepared for shipment according to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to schedule pick-up/ deliveries, etc.
