About the positions We are seeking PMIS Solution Architects at various levels to lead the design and delivery of advanced Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for large-scale government infrastructure programs. This role is client-facing, solution-oriented, and requires guiding a development team while driving innovation through the latest PMIS platforms and AI-powered technologies. The ideal candidate will take a holistic approach to integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between PMIS, enterprise systems, and project controls processes. Using your experience in aviation, transit, rail, road, and highways, this individual will combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to enable digital transformation for capital programs. Proven experience in client-facing roles and leading technical teams. Advanced knowledge of PMIS platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, and Procore. Strong understanding of project controls and enterprise system integration. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in PMIS environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field PMP or equivalent certification Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud, and AI-driven dashboards Knowledge of government procurement and compliance frameworks. Compensation Details The salary range listed for this role is $140k-$180k/year ($67.31-$86.54/hour).
