What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (Master’s a plus). 5+ years’ experience in RPA development, implementation, and lifecycle management; coding (e.g., Java, SQL) a plus. Proven expertise with automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere preferred). Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP), AIOps/monitoring, and governance in regulated environments. Strong project management, process mapping, and IT design skills with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Collaborative, adaptable team player with cultural sensitivity and strong execution skills.
