Responsibilities • Guide and direct heavy equipment during operation • Maintain clear communication with operators and ground crew • Monitor surroundings for safety hazards and pedestrian activity • Help manage equipment movement and traffic in active work areas • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately Requirements • Prior experience on construction or industrial sites preferred • Strong situational awareness and focus on safety • Physically able to stand and stay alert throughout the shift • Must follow all site and OSHA safety procedures Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
