Job Description The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Manager and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme. We are looking for a professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience and is comfortable working in a broad role that spans the entire recruitment life cycle. This role will also support the statement of work (SOW) business and assist Managers with all facets of the process proper work classification, vendor selection, SOW setup, etc. with varying degrees of complexity and/or sensitivity, ensuring that cost, quality, and delivery terms are adhered to and met. As the role covers SOW administration, previous experience in managing third party vendors, on-boarding and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.
