The Customer Service Representative will provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills. Answer incoming calls. Responds to caller’s general information requests and/or inquiries. Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process. Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts. Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible. Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service. Assist with projects on template updates Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
