We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to work directly with prospective customers and partners, helping them understand what’s possible with Reflection’s models and translating business problems into concrete technical solutions. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and partnerships. You will own technical discovery, shape AI use cases, and enable both customers and partners to successfully evaluate and adopt Reflection’s technology. What You’ll Do Enterprise Solutions Architecture Partner with account executives to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize high-impact use cases, and translate them into technical solutions. Design and deliver customer-specific demos and prototypes that showcase the power of our models. Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales cycle, from initial discovery to deployment. Develop and maintain high-quality technical pre-sales assets tailored to different audiences, from engineering deep dives to business executive summaries. Represent Reflection at customer meetings, partner summits, and industry events. Partner Solutions Architecture Lead the technical integration of Reflection's models within our distribution partners' platforms (cloud, inference providers, and system integrators). Develop joint sales assets with partner teams, including reference architectures, deployment patterns, case studies, and documentation. Deep familiarity with the generative AI ecosystem, including the modern agent engineering stack: LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, vector databases, and fine-tuning strategies.
