This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned architect who can think strategically, execute pragmatically, and communicate effectively with executive leadership. Responsibilities: Lead Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and own the enterprise architecture vision that aligns business goals, application design, data, and infrastructure. Guide Mergers & Acquisitions Integration: Oversee architectural due diligence, integration strategies, and platform consolidation during acquisitions or core transitions. Education/Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required; Master’s degree or TOGAF certification preferred. 12+ years of experience in enterprise or solutions architecture, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven record of designing large-scale enterprise solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated environments. Hands-on experience with M&A technology integrations, platform consolidation, and digital transformation. Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Kafka, APIs), and hybrid environments. Demonstrated success scaling systems and teams to support organizational growth and increasing regulatory thresholds. Exceptional communication and executive presence — able to influence and collaborate across senior business and technology leaders.
