The Strategic Account Manager will support global sales and partner engagement across our supplier ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development, strategic marketing, and customer success. You will lead partner acquisition and relationship management, facilitate high-stakes co-marketing workshops, and act as the key liaison between our internal execution teams and external brand partners. This role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and team quarterback.

As our Strategic Partnerships Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping global tech brands understand, commit to, and extract ROI from these structured engagement models. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and alignment.
  • Pitch campaign opportunities and facilitate strategic marketing alignment workshops with key account leadership to co-design annual marketing plans.
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with accounts to identify and integrate the account’s business goals and growth strategies with our marketing calendar of activities.
  • Develop Statement of Work contracts that ensure alignment between our offerings and the account’s marketing objectives.
  • Proactively communicate progress with accounts and lead regular data-driven business review meetings, bringing in other relevant stakeholders when required to report KPIs and refine execution based on performance.
  • Initiate and monitor the execution of account marketing campaigns, working alongside campaign managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure maximum success.
  • Manage partner expectations with empathy and precision; push internally when needed to meet commitments.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure timely invoicing, monitor account profitability, minimize executional inefficiencies, and enhance gross margin.
  • Champion partner goals internally, translating them into actionable campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Travel up to 4 weeks per quarter to build and sustain strategic relationships.
