Role Overview The Iberia Sales Account Manager is a team member in the BioCatch commercial South EMEA team. The role is focused on driving BioCatch account management and sales activities in Iberia’s Banking and Financial Services market: Key focus areas include: Primarily looking after tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Spain and Portugal. This role will be responsible for the entire sales process from inception to successful conclusion, including cultivating whitespace opportunities, prospecting in the named accounts, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing. Requirements Develop sales revenues from named existing BioCatch accounts with an emphasis on developing new business from within the assigned target accounts. Drive a strategic account plan for named accounts, including opportunity management through successful deal closure, while maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach. Establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to execute BioCatch’s GTM strategy. Collaborate with the executive management and BioCatch leadership to exceed sales objectives, expanding BioCatch’s customer success.
