Dans le cadre de son développement international et d’un fort potentiel sur le marché espagnol, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Account Manager, natif/ve espagnol(e), pour piloter la stratégie commerciale en Espagne. Description du poste Rattaché(e) au VP International, tu prends la responsabilité du marché espagnol (et potentiellement LATAM) : stratégie, développement, gestion de comptes majeurs, animation partenaires, acquisition de nouveaux logos. Tes missions consistent à : Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients grands comptes : sécurisation du CA, upsell, cross-sell. Prospecter et conquérir de nouveaux clients grands comptes et ETI dans les secteurs à forte criticité applicative (banque/finance, e-commerce, industrie, santé, secteur public…). Piloter la vente indirecte : activation et gestion de partenaires locaux (intégrateurs, MSP), construction d’offres combinées, gestion de projets à forte valeur. Réaliser une analyse stratégique du marché espagnol : priorisation secteurs, opportunités, recommandations Go-to-Market. Gérer des relations C-level dans des cycles de vente complexes. Qualifications Tu as une expérience significative (idéalement + de 7/8 ans) en vente consultative et complexe, acquise dans l’édition logicielle ou les solutions IT B2B. Tu sais gérer des comptes stratégiques, structurer un réseau de partenaires et mener des deals complexe auprès de grands comptes. Doté(e) d’un fort esprit de chasseur, à l’aise dans le développement de comptes stratégiques, tu possèdes d’excellentes qualités humaines : écoute, communication, adaptabilité et esprit entrepreneurial, et tu sais influencer et coordonner efficacement les équipes. Natif/ve espagnol, avec un excellent niveau en français ou en anglais, tu maîtrises le marché et la culture business en Espagne.
