About the role As a Stock Controller you will play a key role in protecting our security by inspecting vehicle stock and helping our dealer partners on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for engaging with key staff within our partner dealerships, completing system and process training as required. This is a field-based role, and travel is required on a regular basis. Core responsibilities Understand & develop a deep domain of expertise in all aspects of Wholesale Audit procedure including a deep understanding of policy & process in Pre-Audit, During Audit & Post Audit responsibilities. Meet with Dealership management to collect information, analyse data, identify problems & weaknesses, and keep AAF safe and secure at all times. Always acting with the highest of integrity, and not compromising AAF expectations or values. 100% adherence to wholesale audit processes & policy. The sighting of floor-plan stock in accordance with audit policy and procedures. Confirming receipt of payments in progress, and collecting payouts as required to avoid any financial loss to the business. Communicating audit results in a timely manner to management, sales channels and with customers.
